“I bought car insurance from Admiral – thinking they were a professional outfit. How wrong I was. Their site would not allow me to spell names properly, or add correct home address details … so sent them an email asking them to correct before sending out the corrected policy. They did not. Having written to them, I found upon a return from holiday they had cancelled the policy. That was not half of it. They also added an amount that was not displayed at the time of purchasing insurance cover, so they were not the insurance company for me. Fortunately they made a full refund (or at least they say they have – and will only see this on my next credit card details).
I would never in a million years want to deal with Admiral Insurance again. I would rather buy from Captains Pugwash or Blackb”
