To apply its usually an old style way to do it, you just need to nip into a store near you and drop off a copy of your CV and a covering letter addressed to the store manager. They do have a website which they update quite regularly with any new vacancies but the first method is preferred.

The interview is a 1:1 interview with the store manager, he/she will tell you a bit about the store and what your main duties would include. They will ask about your previous experience and will ask why you want to work within the company. It’s advised to have a professional approach to every question, and answer to the best of your ability. Wearing a smart outfit for the interview is the norm as first impressions go a long way.

Full time employees have 24 days paid holiday a year and part time staff have 14 days paid holiday. The wage while being an employee within the company varies, as a general team member you will start off on national minimum wage, which is currently £6.08ph. For supervisor or management roles, salary is negotiable.
