English As A Second Language English As A Second Language Classes are offered free to adults who are from other countries, and who wish to gain valuable life skills while living in Bloomington, Indiana, USA. Family members of I.U. students, immigrants, refugees, and foreign-born spouses of Americans are eligible to attend the classes. Grades are not given. Visas are not issued. English Language Center ELC has been teaching English since 1978 and offers a wide range of English courses. Our most popular programs include: Intensive and Semi Intensive English, test preparation for TOEFL, TOEIC and Cambridge Exams, English for Executives, Junior Programs, summer campus programs and many others. English Language Institute - PACE University The English Language Institute (ELI) at Pace University offers students, visitors, and immigrants the opportunity to improve their English skills for academic study, career advancement, or personal enrichment through a variety of intensive programs. The ELI instructors are experienced, dedicated to their students, and have master’s degrees. As an ELI student at Pace, you will have access to all University facilities, including libraries, computer labs, cafeterias, sports centers, medical and counseling services, and the International Students Office. English Language Specialists, Inc. 20 years have come and gone. Those 20 years brought to our classrooms students from all over the world who wanted to learn English.
