The California Institue of Technology is an excellent tertiary education facility.  It’s mission statement is to ‘expand human knowledge and benefit society through research integrated with education’.  They specialise in science and technology and teach students by investigating the most challenging fundamental problems whilst educating them to become creative members of society.
