Travelodge to re-open Llandudno’s Clarence Hotel on Gloddaeth Street in Llandudno which will create 60 job vacancies.
Travelodge Hotels say that they will operate an 83-bed hotel on the site of the former Clarence Hotel, Gloddaeth Street.
The Former Llandudno hotel was closed 4 years ago. The plan is to refurbish the whole building and adding extra rooms.
The company submitted the planning application to Conwy County Borough Council later this month.
