Other recent studies endorse the high student satisfaction rating enjoyed by Aberystwyth. In June 2007 a study of 34,000 student reviews by Accommodation for Students concluded that Aberystwyth is the UK ‘s favourite university town.

In The most recent National Student Survey, Aberystwyth was 5 th overall in the UK with a student satisfaction rating of 90%. The Good University Guide, which was published in July 2007, placed Aberystwyth 8 th overall in the UK for student satisfaction.
