I am contacting you regarding the position of Bar Manager you have advertised. I am very much interested in this job as I have a vast amount of experience working in restaurants and bars and feel that I would be the ideal candidate.

In my last role as a bartender at Sam’s Place, I was responsible for providing customers with drinks and general bar service. I thrive in a fast paced bar environment where the customer is always number one and service is the focus. I was put in charge of running of the bar on my assigned shift and know how to ensure that the functions of the bar are carried out legally and smoothly.

I have a clear understanding of local regulations and a very good understanding of accounting procedures to ensure that all of the functions of the bar are carried out well.
