Writing a cover letter for the job role of a Business Advisor

The role of a Business Advisor is to provide advice and support to help new businesses to start up and to help established businesses to grow. You might advise on a range of issues including finance and marketing. If you want to use your experience to help businesses, this job could be perfect for you.

Requirements for this role is excellent spoken and written communication skills, a positive problem solving attitude, experience and a good track record in business management will also help you be successful in this job. Most Business Advisers have run their own business, or worked in management, finance or human resources.

Possess strong written and verbal communication Maintain an up to date working knowledge of the market and its competitors Possess strong mathematical ability A passion for sales and the financial rewards sales bring Maintaining paperwork and general administration duties

I am a results orientated individual who thinks outside of the box and who is more than willing to take the initiative. I possess a solid understanding of business processes, a wealth of relevant work experience and a strong desire to help others succeed.

As you can see from my CV, I have gained experience as a Business Financial Advisor and have gained qualifications in Business Management. In my present advisory position, my role is to source recommendations to clients to help aid their business financial growth. I am responsible for proactively seeking out new opportunities, maintaining a portfolio of partners for repeat business, and instrumental in providing technical, business and industry support to clients. As an organised and methodical person I have a long track record of analysing and identifying problems, and preparing business proposals and presentations. Most of all, I am a committed professional with the skills and attributes your job requires.
