Catering Engineer, Big College, London
Working for this large inner city school as a catering engineer it was my duty to ensure that all kitchen equipment was kept well maintained and in good working order. I had to schedule regular services for the large ovens and hobs, as well as arranging PAT testing for electrical appliances.

January 2008- January 2010
Catering Engineer, Fixers on call, London.
I worked for this large repair centre as an on call catering engineer, it was my duty to take calls as they came in and try and fix the problem over the phone, or visit the premises to repair whatever had broken down. It would most often be double ovens, although I was trained in all kitchen appliances such as dishwashers, hobs and tableware laundering machines.

January 2007 – January 2008
Catering Engineer, Star Eats, London
Working for this large TV, Film and events company as a catering engineer it was my duty to ensure that the kitchen electrical devices and cooking machines were all in good working order and well serviced and maintained. If anything broke I had to have it fixed or replaced within the hour, and I had to ensure I had ample spare parts with me at all times in case of problems. I was also responsible for advising on new equipment when it was needed.
