Dear HR

I have recently graduated with a degree in Information Technology, and was interested in applying to your company for IT based roles for graduates..

I graduated from a top university in Information technology, and obtained excellent grades all throughout the course. During my time at university and especially during the holidays I obtained work experience and internships with a few IT companies. These were very useful in providing me with a good insight into working life with IT companies.

I am highly knowledgeable of the subject area, and an excellent worker. I work well against deadlines and I have very good technical skills. I am also very enthusiastic and motivated.

I am very interested in working for your company because it is very reputable, and successful, and works in high profile matters. I am also attracted to your company as you launch the careers of many graduates every year. The trend is that graduates who work with you get an excellent start to their career.

I attach my CV for your kind consideration and look forward to hearing from you.
I have also included a transcript of my grades from university, and details of references.

I hope that you will look at my application favourably, and I look forward to hearing further form you.

Yours sincerely,
