January 2010 – Present
IT Technician, Big School, London
Working for this large inner city school it was my duty to ensure that all of the computer systems were set up and working correctly, maintained to a high standard and safe for pupils to use. This meant creating safe access to the internet that could be monitored if required. I was also responsible for setting up the peripherals such as printers, scanners and photocopiers to work on the network.

January 2008- January 2010
IT Technician, Kevin’s Software Emporium, London.
As a IT Technician in this large high street software company it was my job to ensure that the systems being used by the software engineers and the support staff were all working properly. I would have to ensure that the point of sale terminals were connected to the stock control systems, and that there was no down time as that could affect sales and productivity.

January 2007 – January 2008
IT Technician, Office Angel, London
Working for this large office personnel company as a IT Technician it was my responsibility to ensure that all of the staff had working computer systems. I would be responsible for assigning each member of staff a laptop and peripheral package, ensuring that each package is set up correctly and suitable for each user. I was also responsible for resolving any issues with the systems, and providing upgrades and updates.
