It would be best to read up on what types of careers are available in each of these areas. They do differ quite a bit, not only in the opportunities but in the locations as well. So it is wise to treat each as if it were a separate company that you are applying to and see what each one can offer you. Look at what vacancies they have and whether these will suit you or not.
