i am looking for job part time as i have 17 yrs retail experience in customer services, cashier security checkout operator, and handling & resolving customer complains. i like to stand on my own feet without getting help from managements. i am very calm person never panic in difficult situation and try to find the quick solution.
i have great experience to resolve any sort of problem, i am fully trained to work on customer service desk checkout, and on the shop floor. any task or position given to me i accept as a challenge and complete my task on time.
i have customer service diploma, i also trained in sage pay role, i held certificates, health&safety food hyegien, fire& safety. i am first aider, also trained in electrical goodsm because i worked in comet as a sales manager, and department manager. my main duties were included cashing up banking key holders, briefing to staff and prepard the staff rota. customers are everything for me like they are top of my heart. i am team player and like to work in the friendly environment.
