This is the “test” one they do to see if you can sell a phone (or something else) to a customer. Bascially, pick one of their products (unless they tell you which you have to sell) try to familiarise yourself with the functions of the phone, and then you will be “given” a customer (usually the interviewer ) to try and sell that to, they will put objections in your way (i dont like the colour, can i do this that or that on it, why should i buy this phone the one i’ve got is fine, i only came in for credit) etc, so what you need to do is think of ways to understand the objections and try to overcome them (but no heavy selling)
