I know you’ve had the interview now (looking at the date) and to be honest there really isnt much to say. There will be the standard interview questions that usually get asked, but then you will find they will ask you about any catering experience you have, and will be looking for examples that show you will be a good “assistant” – the job title really doesnt help much!
