I would as you say focus on any catering skills you have – or as it is a fast food restaurant, instead of that, focus on your Customer Service skills (so, any face to face contact you’ve had with people – it doesnt even need to be in a formal customer service role. If you perhaps help or volunteer with something through the church (youth group, winter shelter etc?) remember that they are sill “customers” in the sense that they are coming to you for a “service”
