Probably too late now, but in general most CV’s are the same. They contain the same information as standard (name, address, contact details, qualifications, employment history)
Its only when you get to the employment history and qualifications that you can amend them slightly to try and bring the focus onto the area you are applying for. If you dont have any catering experience then you would need to try and “sell” yourself on the CV by making what you do interesting and as relevant as you can
