Some of those are quite surprising – especially the one about being unqualified for it. I wonder if it works for those applying for jobs they are over qualified for. My friend is looking for a job and has been for a while, the job centre are making her apply for things that she is over qualified for, and things she has no experience in. I really hope that isnt blacklisting her
