Thanks for sharing these valuable tips on how to turn down a job. Turning down a job would be a little bit tricky and risky. We have to be really careful in our choice of words these managers are used to rejecting people but not used to rejected by people. Your reasons must be straight forward and not looking fake. If you can be politely honest, maybe you can let them know that it’s not the salary or job duties that you are expecting for. You should always thank them first for their interest in hiring you and hinting that there’ll be a future chances for you to work together with them. Do not drag the process as they might have other people waiting for the job.
