I am not quite in your situation as i am not self employed, but i am not far behind you in age. I am looking to change industries but finding it hard. I’ve had a couple of interviews that i felt were my ideal job as I would have been able to do them with no futher training needed, and yet i still didnt get them, you never can tell these days
