Awesome question. When I was looking for a job I had the same questions too.
I know it seems like everything is absolutely vital–writing a great resume, networking, and being smooth with your job interview questions and answers. And these are all very, very important. But these job interviews are the most stressful situations that can make even “perfect fit” candidates stumble and can cause lots of job interview mistakes.
