Sorry cant help, not had one with Sainsburys. I should imagine its pretty much the same as any other interivew (and like ones for Tesco, Asda etc). He would probably have been asked questions relating to himself, and then things like “what can you bring to the role” and maybe even a scenario where a customer possibly asks where something is located to see how he deals with that
