I, too, have never had an interview with Lloyds TSB, but I expect you would first of all start with some kind of group interview (I know this is very typical when applying for banking jobs). They will obviously also want to test your basic Mathematics skills, so it’s very likely you may get some sort of logic/Maths test as well.
