I live in Rowner and have been searching and I am still searching for a job, so if they are taking on 200 people, I will be more than happy to keep my fingers crossed and send my CV down there. I think it is good that they are going to be taking on 200 people but I do think that they need to give a lot of other people chances, like the ones without GCSEs, just because they might not have GCSEs, doesn’t mean they are incapable of doing the job. Employ people but be fair and considerate to whether or not they are qualified. A piece of paper means nothing, it’s what the individual is capable of that really counts.
