I had an interview for this new tesco and got onto the second part of the interview, which a lot of people said that if you get onto the second part, you are very likely to get a job with them and they wouldn’t take you onto the second part of the interview if they thought you were not good enough. I have heard a lot of bad things about this new tesco, apparently they are ONLY taking people on from certain areas and with only ‘high’ qualifications. Considering the store is being opened in an area in need of employment and it is being built to help the unemployed, especially those on JSA, it isn’t actually doing that. Complaints are being taken to the MP of Gosport and I consider to do the same. They are building a store for the unemployed, but aren’t taking anyone on. How does that work? How are we suppose to get ‘retail’ experience, if the retail sectors DO NOT give us a chance? Waste of space, waste of money and waste of time if you ask me. Just another excuse to build on land.
