Asking them what a general work day consists of is a great one to ask, it shows your interested in the role and gives them chance to chat away. Another one is; If theres anyone in the company who is a star employee, what is it they do differently to others and how can I follow this role. Again this shows your interest, it also shows you want to do well within your role.
