From what I’ve heard, supermarkets are good employers and treat their employees good, especially huge stores like Tesco. I can’t speak from personal experience, but I do have friends working in Tesco.
The other good thing is that there are different areas to work in, and working your way up to management could be a good opportunity for the right person.
