Hi guys!
I successfully applied for the Sales Advisor role too. Just some words of advice, there is a short test to begin with during the interview, testing your addition, pairing and general mathematics skills related to working behind the tills. They ask you how much you know about the company, what you can offer them in terms of customer service and if you have any experience that could be applicable to a sales setting eg. a previous job in retail or an experience that developed your confidence with public engagement. They also look for someone who will fit in with the crowd they have so try and stay positive and smiley throughout the interview and try to be felxible with hours as they’ll ask if you can go over the hours specified during busy periods (spring and autumn for them).
It was a really nice interview and I felt comfortable with the person who interviewed me. Dress smartly and stay positive and im sure you’ll do well!
