If im totally honest, a virtual CV is something I haven’t heard about until I read this thread, is it very popular now? I think its a good idea that your potential employers can get a better idea of you as a person. Its alot easier to just write down your skills on a piece of paper, but having to tell them to someone takes more courage I think.
