I dont have any experience of a Wallis interview, however, if they do the role play then that is pretty standard these days. You will be given a scenario and you have to be the employee and someone else (usually assessor or interviewer, sometimes another candidate) is the customer. The scenario can be anything and its unlikely you will find out till you have to take part – you will be give some details on it but thats about it
