Firstly, I would like to say congratulations on landing yourself a interview! because it is a pub, they will be looking for someone that is good at communication, make sure when you go into the interview you have got a smile on your face and you make eye contact with them, If you are cheerful then this will make them think you will be suitable for the job. You also need to show that you can be warm and welcoming to the customers as they come into the pub, this is also why you go into the interview with a smile on your face 🙂
Sometimes they look for people that have got experience in this kind of role, but don’t worry if you haven’t had any experience because some pubs do train you up.
just be kind & courteous and the job should be yours! ;D
also remember to ask questions if there is anything that you are unsure of, they would rather you ask questions then turn up to work not knowing whats going on.
