I would start by deciding whether there was a certain part of the country that I wanted to work in. Then I would identify all the large firms in that area and email the HR department for all of them. I would also check local papers to see if any companies were advertising that they were offering this sort of position. If you are at college or school then ask the careers department there for help as well.
