That is a very nice idea, unfortunatly in my case i cant afford any courses, and wont get help with the costs, so I have to look at things that my experience covers, rather than what i am not qualified or experienced in.
I would say though, that for anyone interested in catering, remember that its not just the catering side that you could have gained experience in. Think about customer service examples, as customer service is always something needed in most positions
