I had one yesterday. They asked me to tell them a bit about myself then The first thing they asked me was what I thought of the store as I came into it and what I would do to improve the store or sainsburys as a whole.
Then it was just more of the multiple choice questions like on the internet application except this time you had to explain why you chose that answer. Then afterwards it was just a chat about hours and pay and stuff. That was it really.
what do you know about sainsburys? this question important for them 🙂
