Trainee Assistant Manager (TASM)
Location: Birmingham
Salary:Circa £15k dependent on experience
Job Purpose
This job role is a ‘gateway’ to fast track ‘pipeline’ development from Supervisory to Assistant Manager level. You will achieve this through hands on, on the job management experience. The role is critical to our succession planning process and provides additional management resource to support a growing business.
Job Responsibilities
* Applicants must be motivated, bright and enthusiastic with a desire to develop a career in retail management.
* Previous retail supervisory experience an advantage.
* Must be flexible and prepared to travel to other locations to broaden their retail experience.
* Ideal stepping stone to progress into store management.
Applicants must be able to be based within 30 minutes travelling time of the home store.
