Talk Talk the renowned call center at Waterford seems to get stormed by job recessions.
Unfortunately the call center is closing within a month. This is indeed not pleasant news for its 575 employees who had been working there for so long. These employees have been intimated about the closure of call center after 30 days.
Just 1 month to go for these employees who were earning a living at Talk Talk. Many reasons can be attributed to sudden collapse of renowned call center companies like Talk Talk. People have turned their faces from professional services of customer care. Many jobs of call centers have been outsourced to Asian destinations like India.
These countries have abundant and hardworking human resources. Manpower in Asian countries are also ready to work at a pay that is half less to that being paid to UK employees. Forfeit of 575 job vacancies in UK is an indication of rising effect of a fluctuating economy.
