Training Programme

When you are lucky enough to be hired by Aldi, you will go through a well executed Graduate Job Training Programme. You will start right away and this program will start with everything from how to the store operates to the financial administration section of the business. The company will provide a schedule that you will follow you for the first year of the job. You have a schedule of which department you will train in and what you will be learning.

Salary

The salary as a Manager after you have completed the Graduate Job Training Programme is £40K and after 4 years it will increase to £65K. You will have a pension scheme as well as private healthcare, life assurance and a 5-week holiday schedule.
