Can anyone help me find out more about aptitude tests for IT jobs?
What most employers use to choose their employee in IT?
Is it all tecnical interviews or any other type of interviews?

I have a friend who applied for a technician job which involved diagnostic work. He had to find a fault within a PC, and he had 10 minutes to do so. Often the aptitude test can just be a practical exercise, where other companies may do a multiple choice format test.
