Argos group interview means you will be with other candidates at your job interview.
You and other candidates will be given an item, Argos product for you to explain it in best way you can.
In the next stage you will shown a video that displays an example of bad customer service and you will tell the right thing to do.
By the way, everybody will sit on a circle table and try to find solutions to simple math tests.
In some cases, you will talk to the person next to you. Ask him-her what animal would they want to be and why! tehn let whole group hear about it.
Finally, you would have to create a short advert about an Argos product.
