Asda Open for New Jobs
Applications have been opened for at least 300 new jobs at the new Asda store in Belvedere, near Bexley Heath just east of London.
The superstore is due to open on Station Road in July this year and over 300 people have already applied for the vacancies via the Asda online application form.
Asda stated that their recruitment process looks for attitude of the applicants as they believe people can train for the skills required. The company’s ethos runs on the fact that the employees make the store what it is and they are looking to recruit hard working people who can convey great customer service with a smile on their faces.
Employment positions are offered throughout the new store, from shop-floor colleagues, through to checkout and bakery.
The new 36,000 square foot store will feature fresh counters including fish, butchers and bakery as well as the George clothing department and Home Shopping departments.
