When can you start?
- How will your previous experience help you?
- why do you want to work here?
- what qualities do you think you could bring to the job?
- how would you deal with rude customers?
- how would you cope working unsociable hours?
- How would you deal with a customer complaint?
- Do you have any customer service experience?
- What motivates you
- What do you think would be the most challenging aspect of the job?
- What do you know about the company?
- If you were still with us in two years, where would you see yourself within the company
- How do you motivate people?
- What sort of music do you like (just say whatever sort of music it is that the bar plays)
- Why do you want to work here? classical interview question!
- What qualities do you think you could bring to the job? you know its hard to work in a bar!

- How would you cope working unsociable hours? make sense, isn’t it?
