If you are going to apply for a position at Barclays then you probably know that there will be an interview stage. These days finding a job in finance is not very easy due to less jobs but many jobseekers around!
Barclays interviews are vary to each role so you would have different interviews for different roles cashier job interview and a graduate interview would have completely different stages and questions.

What do you know about Barclays & how the company is split up (capital, corporate ect) & what each one does?
Why do you want to work in the financial service industry?
What do you know about the function you have applied for?
What technical skills do you have for the role you have applied for?
How do you motivate yourself when tasked with something you don’t find interesting?
Tell us about something you have done outside of academics or professional in order to further your development?
Teamwork related question, cant remember what it was.
What are you best attributes?
those are all interview questions but where are the answers guys? has anyone applied for Barclays graduate schemes, Barclays jobs in 2012?
