    After launching 20 years ago, Bathstore have made a large impact on the bathroom industry. They are seeking dedicated employees to help them go even further as a company and a brand. They offer a great training programme for their employees, and have recently opened a purpose-built training centre for this purpose alone.
    To apply to work at Bathstore, you need to send a copy of your CV along with a covering letter to their head office, you can also e-mail them a copy (e-mail address can be found on their career’s website), alternatively, you can drop off your CV and covering letter at your local store.

    Interview

    The interview at Bathstore is a general retail interview. Turning up 5-10 minutes prior is advised as it shows you have good time management skills and also gives you a few minutes to gather your thoughts before your interview starts. Having a smart appearance is a big must as first impressions are what your interview will remember the most about you; avoid heavy make-up, chewing gum and the use of your mobile phone. You will be asked a few questions regarding your work history and experience, you will also be given a few work related situations and you will need to tell your interviewer what you would do, if you were the first call of contact for these situations. You will also be asked to give examples of times when you have provided excellent customer service and worked well as a team.

    Salary

    A sales consultant’s salary you will earn above national minimum wage (national minimum wage is currently £6.08ph). As a showroom manager, your salary will be between £16,000 and £20,000pa, and for an assistant manager you will have a salary of between £14,000 and £16,000pa.
