BB’s Coffee & Muffins is a growing chain of popular coffee shops around the UK, their signature muffins are freshly made on the same day of purchase and taste delicious! Many of the stores are franchised and ran by individual people, under the brand. Don’t let that put you off though; the same yummy-ness comes from them all 😉

    How to Apply

To apply its usually an old style way to do it, you just need to nip into a store near you and drop off a copy of your CV and a covering letter addressed to the store manager. They do have a website which they update quite regularly with any new vacancies but the first method is preferred.

    Interview

The interview is a 1:1 interview with the store manager, he/she will tell you a bit about the store and what your main duties would include. They will ask about your previous experience and will ask why you want to work within the company. It’s advised to have a professional approach to every question, and answer to the best of your ability. Wearing a smart outfit for the interview is the norm as first impressions go a long way.

    Benefits

Perks of the job at BBs coffee & muffins is that you get a meal allowance while on shift, the more hours you work, the more allowance you have for your break dinner. Full time employees have 24 days paid holiday a year and part time staff have 14 days paid holiday. Progressing up within the company is pretty easy too, always provide the best customer service and work as efficiently as possible will go in your favour.

    Salary

The wage while being an employee within the company varies, as a general team member you will start off on national minimum wage, which is currently £6.08ph. For supervisor or management roles, salary is negotiable.
