How to beat interview nerves? What do you do to beat interview nerves? Have you got any strategy?

This is a hard one to answer, as sometimes the nerves are a good thing.  All you can do, is go in and do your best, hopefully they will make you feel at ease and you can progress from there.  I dont think there is a single strategy that can work for nerves (its the same with exam nerves.  My son does really well during the school day, his work is great etc, but when it comes to exams he gets really nervous, there is nothing really we can do to help him, other than encourage him)
