Job Description: Removals client based in the South Yorkshire area is seeking an experienced removals branch manager to join their team.Reporting to the Regional General Manager, a high standard of service will be expected and is of importance to this role.Key responsibilities for this role:Control budgets for revenue, gross margin and profit, quality of service and development of business base
Develop corporate and private moves/relocations sales
Ensure client satisfaction and growth of existing accounts
Deliver consistent levels of high service
Management, motivation and support of all reporting staff
Meet the monthly sales targets and budgets as set by the company
Meet quality targets as determined by the company
Experience and Qualifications
Removals industry experience is a must and management experience would be advantageous
Have a strong appreciation of business processes and challenges
Have commercial focus on profitability
Previous experience in managing P&L within removals
Ability to communicate effectively to a broad range of audiences including to senior management, service partners and clientsIn return the successful candidate will be offered a salary up to £40,000 plus further benefits]
