Brunswick Cinebowl has recieved 2,000 applications for their 35 job vacancies for their 7-screen cinema on the Pennyburn Industrial Estate, Brunswick, County Derry.
The job advertisement for the vacancies brought thousands of CV’s from professionals and graduates to the long-term unemployed.
The applications have been weeded down to ‘just’ 150 and they are being invited for a second round of interviewing. Despite this, Brunswick Cinebowl management say that they hope to have all the job vacancies filled by next Friday with the intention of opening the cinema’s doors for the first time in August.
Personal Profile
I am a reliable, hard working and enthusiastic person which is seen from my last work place and also volunteering in the past. I have great communication skills demonstrated by working with the public and being part of a team at my last job i had to work in groups but also on my own which improved both my team skills as well as self motivation. I am a very organised, tidy and flexible individual with the experience of working in a shop we always have to maintain a clean environment for the public as well as staff members.
