Description: We are currently recruiting for experienced Temporary Mail Room Operatives available over the holiday season.

Duties:

Sort and distribute incoming post and packages for all areas of the business

Collect and sort outgoing post and other items from all departments

Accurately maintain mail records using the iTrak system on a daily basis

Pack, frank and arrange couriers for external mail collection as needed

Complete ad hoc administration duties

Move boxes and crates as needed
