Team Leader – Assembly / R+D (FTC until Christmas) Job in Southend
Job Description: We are looking for a skilled production team leader for an immedaite contract, based in Southend.
You will have previously lead a team of 10+ technicians within an assembly/production, ideally within medical refurbishment/clinical environment
This is a contract due to last until end of Dec 2018, so you must be able to hit the ground running and be a focused, results driven individual.
Duties to include:
Monitor, review and manage the team to encourage targets to be met
People management within your team
Service report updates, monitoring cost and limit spend/wastage
Holding team meetings (monthly) Bi-monthly 1-2-1 meetings and performance reviews
Development of staff
Provide additional support where neededThis position is on a day shift and will be starting asap – this is a position paying pro rata £23,000 + up to £5000 bonus.
