I would like to apply for the graduate program in Finance at Kerry Group and my question is has anyone had this competency based interview with them before.
I know how competency based interview like but i am still nervous and worried wether will I answer all the question on time or not.
Pleas let me know about ur experiences about Kerry Group competency interviews.

What has made Kerry’s successful? and What have they not done well? so you would better make a reserach on internet. you should visit their official website for that information.
Describe a time when you have communicated effectively with people? Why do you think it was effective? What did you do well that facilitated the communication..
What about Kerry’s values makes it the right place for you? Why do you want to work for Kerry’s?
Why your chosen field? and Which other places have you applied to?
Describe a time when you have taught somebody or people and how this made you feel?
Describe a time when you have had a challenging course or project?
